About the event
On March 6th, 2021, Lars Friedriszik (General Manager of the Courtyard & Residence Inn Richmond Downtown) will run a 0.25 mile loop around the block until he completes 26.2 miles - a full marathon distance run exclusively in Richmond's historic Shockoe Slip neighborhood! This run starts at noon in front of the Courtyard's main entrance at 1320 E Cary St. Other runners and walkers are welcome to join for any distance at any speed and to donate or raise $5 per loop they complete! All proceeds and donations of this fundraiser will go directly to local restaurants and their staff to help them through this difficult time. Please donate and help our local restaurant workers now!
